Physical Endurance Test & Swimming Test:
Applicants qualified in the written examination in order of merit will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies in each category based on marks obtained in written examination to appear for Physical Endurance Test & Swimming Test. Physical Endurance Test & Swimming test is mandatorily applicable for all categories including PwBD and Ex-Serviceman.
Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Tradesman 2018 Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The standards of the Physical Endurance Test & Swimming Test are given as follows
- Running – 800 meters in 07 minutes
- Swimming Test – 50 meters followed by 02:30 minutes (floating and 05 meters jump)
Responsibility of any accident/causality occurring during the course of physical endurance test & swimming test rests with the applicants and the administration will not be responsible / liable for the same.
Applicants may note that mere qualifying in the written examination and physical endurance test & swimming test does not entitle them for appointment for the posts. The selection would be based on the position secured in written examination, however qualifying in the physical endurance test & swimming test is mandatory.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Tradesman 2018
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be notified after declaration of result. On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested.
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.

On the Day when you appears for written examination
Candidates require reaching at written examination location at least 30 minutes before.
Candidates are not permitting to bring books or other notes with them on examination centers. Don’t come with your family because no one is permitted to go inside at examination center premises.
Calculator with memory, watches and other electronic item are not allowed to bring at written examination centers. Candidates make sure to bring Admit Card/Hall ticket before appearing written examination. Candidates have to bring with them 2 pencils and 2 sharpened.
