Know the Exam Pattern

Every aspirant should know the exam pattern to make decides the further process to continue the preparation. Candidates who can declare any topics based on the prescribed format. In tier 1 exam there are four sections are taken and every section has 25 marks asked in the question paper.
Every question carries 2 marks, candidates who can gain a total of 200 marks if all 100-question cleared. These are the exam pattern for CGL Tier 1 test declared and prescribed by the SSC.

Required Materials

There are some of the most important books/materials that are used at the SSC preparation period, candidates who can qualify in the Tier 1 exam to enter the further exam of Tier 2. The materials are Current Affairs, Static General Knowledge GK, GK Quiz, Current Affairs GK. General Intelligence and Reasoning
Candidates who have highly practiced in this subject to attend easily and very tricky. All the questions are seeking through objective type questions, candidates who have a choice to select the correct one of the answer.
Applicants need to practice at least 2000 questions at the time of preparation to get qualified in the Tier 1 test. “Practice Makes a Man Perfect” is a fact word for every candidate to the exam and continue the dreamed future.
General Awareness
General Awareness GA is most important in all section because it has a chance to obtain more marks compared to the other three sections. Candidates who just take the maximum duration of 10 minutes to complete the General Awareness section. Most GK than Current Affairs are the questions are asked many in the test.
Quantitative Aptitude
Quantitative Aptitude is defined as most time occupied sections in the exam, but candidates use the time correctly they can easily cross the test without any tension or confusion. In this section, candidates start with percentage, profit & loss, ratio & proportion, speed distance & time, boat & stream, data interpretation.
English Language
In the English language section, candidates are needed to prepare from three chapters there are vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension. Candidates who are needed to complete in these chapters to finalize the English Language. It has 25 questions asked in the question paper, each question carries 2 marks in the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam.

Tier 2 SSC Preparation Tips

Staff Selection Commission SSC is an organizer for conducting /Combined Graduate Level CGL Tier 2 test in the month of November to December, candidates who are qualified in the Tier 1 test for eligibility to attend the Tier 2 test. SSC Preparation CGL Papers

The tier 1 and tier 2 exam is compulsory for all the candidates to test their quantitative ability and basic English knowledge.  Candidates who can get a post from this exam based on some of the requirements prescribed by the exam authority of Staff Selection Commission SSC. After completion of Tier 3, candidates who have to apply for Statistical Investigators Grade II and Compilers Posts. Subject Wise SSC Preparation

Paper 1: Quantitative Aptitude
In the subjects of Quantitative Aptitude, candidates who should prepare from Geometry, algebra, trigonometry, data interpretation, percentage topic. These topics are the most important for the preparation and many questions are asked in the exam question paper, last year there are 60 to 70 % of questions are included in these topics.
Applicants have solved 100 questions within 2 hours with a most difficult level of question paper, but try to make accuracy by solving the questions with the help of preparation.
Paper 2: English Comprehension
In the English comprehension subject, there are 200 questions will be given for 1 mark scheduled in each question. Candidates who can face the topic with good preparation and understand in every mistaken question at the mock test. The grammar is one of the important factors to overcome the subject in a qualified manner.
Paper 3: Statistics
Statistics has included some of the important chapters are Probability Theory, Skewness, and Kurtosis, Correlation, and Regression, Time Series Analysis, Sampling Theory, Statistical Inference. There are totally 100 questions will be asked about 2 hours duration. Candidates are required to read from these given topics to qualify in the exam.
Paper 4: General Studies (Finance and Economics)
From 2016 onwards, this section is introduced as a new section in this paper of Tier 2 for SSC CGL exam candidates who are preparing the new paper through basic knowledge of Finance and Economics and current affairs related to the finance industry and economy.

SSC Preparation CGL Tier 3 Descriptive Paper

The paper 3/tier 3 known as Descriptive Paper containing Essay writing or Letter writing skills from the candidates. The paper 2 test is the main focus to find the knowledge from the candidates about to note the content and how to present the writing skills through the sample test of the CGL SSC Exam.

Initially, Know the Exam Pattern

The tier 3 paper/descriptive type contain 100 marks and commenced through pen and paper mode. The exam duration will be given as 1 hour i.e. 60 minutes. The questions are asked from Essay Writing, candidates are required to fill minimum marks of 250 words. Through this paper, the marks are taken to final merit evaluation. There are two languages of English or Hindi will be given to complete the Tier 3 paper.
