APPSC Group 4 2019 Grade IV Panchayat Secretary Admit Card / Hall Ticket
In this post we are giving the direct link to download APPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket immediately after its link activation. To use that download option, you have to visit this page and scroll down to the bottom. To receive the AP Group 4 jobs appointment letter, the candidates has to appear for the selection process like written examination. Exam Date
The Main Examination is likely to be held online through computer based test on 02/08/2019. There would be objective type questions which are to be answered on computer system. Instructions regarding computer based recruitment test are attached as Annexure – III. In case any paper of the Examination is held in different languages, the candidate has to choose the medium in which he/she wants to write the examination and the paper will be valued with reference to that medium only.

Must have passed the Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Note: A candidate should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical experience prescribed, if any, for the post on the date of the notification for direct recruitment issued by the concerned recruiting agency.

ANSWER KEY AND OTHER MATTERS
The Commission would publish the key on its website after conduct of the examination. Any objections with regard to the key and any other matter shall be filed within one week after publication of the key in the prescribed proforma available in the website. The objections received in the prescribed proforma and within due date will be referred to Expert Committee for opinion and to take appropriate decision thereon by the Commission. As per decision of the Commission a revised key will be hosted and further objections only in respect of keys that are revised would be called for a period of three working days from the date of publication of revised key.

CENTRES FOR THE OFF-LINE (SCREENING) AND ON–LINE (MAIN) EXAMINATIONS: The candidates have to write the examination only in the District in which he/she is willing to be considered for selection either as a Local or Non-Local. Request for change of Examination Centre / District of Selection will not be entertained under any circumstances. (refer Presidential Order 1975 in this regard).
COMMISSION’S DECISION TO BE FINAL: The decision of the Commission in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of examination and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned, under the powers vested with it under Article 315 and 320 of the Constitution of India. Commission also reserves its right to alter and modify the terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection, duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the Commission at any stage.
