Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be required to appear for Preliminary Examination (OMR based Objective Type) and Main (Descriptive) Examination, English Shorthand ~ests, and Interview, as per the following Scheme of the Examination:
- Preliminary Examination (OMR based Objective Type) and Main (Descriptive) Examination will be held simultaneously on the same date/day for three hours and fifteen minutes continuously.
- Answer-Sheets of Main (Descriptive) Examination will be evaluated of those candidates only, who would qualify Preliminary Examination (OMR based ,Objective Type).
- Only the successful candidates of Main (Descriptive) Examination will be called for the next stage of Examination, i.e., Stage – II (English Shorthand Tests).

Essential Qualifications : Graduate from a recognised University and having speed of not less than 110 w.p.m. in Shorthand (English) and 40 w.p.m. in Typewriting (English) on Computer with good working knowledge of Computer. (Only such candidates, who possess essential qualifications as on the last date ofcreating Login/Registration, need to apply.)
Tips for preparation of written examination
- All candidates should give maximum time to their study regularly.
- Candidates should make their study time or schedule of the day and accordingly start to preparing i.e. make sure to divide your entire time between all related subjects and prepare accordingly daily.
- Candidates requires to maximum use of flow charts and diagram to understand deeply the concern topic.
- Candidates must regular practice to solve old year examination papers; with this you will be able to increase your knowledge as well as time accuracy.
