Exam Pattern for GSSSB Police Sub Inspector 2019 PSI
- GSSSB Police Sub Inspector Exam Paper consists of two papers.
- Paper 1 is of descriptive type.
- Paper 2 is of objective type.
- The paper 1 is conducted for 50 marks.
- GSSSB Police Sub Inspector Exam Paper 2 is conducted for 150 marks.
- The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
- There is negative marking.
- 25 marks is deducted for every wrong answer.
About Recruitment Board
The General Administration Department of Gujarat Government was constituted to provide the tasks set out in the Resolution No: 1-3-88 of KG-1186- 1615-G3 to “Staff Selection Commission”. For the purpose of making the name of this Commission, its performance, field of field affairs, in order to make it more transparent, it is proposed to keep its “Gujarat employee 5 Sansaghi Mandal” by the Resolution No: KVY-1186-1615-G.3 of the TA-11-1988 section of the society.

Event 1 – Running
- To pass in running event candidate must cover 2 Kilometer distance in 10 minutes.
- For Ex – Servicemen 400 meter in 2 minutes
Event 2 – Long Jump or High jump
- Long Jump – Candidate must able to jump 3.80 meters long. Three chances will be given.
- High Jump – Candidate Must able to jump 1.20 meters high. Three chances.
Event 3 – Shot Put
Candidate must able to throw 7.26 kg shot / Gola to distance 5.60 meters. 3 chances.
Candidate need to pass in all three events to get selected for further selection process. After this Karnataka Police Constable Physical test there will be physical standard test. in this test Height and chest of candidate will be check.
- Height of candidate must be 170 cm. (tribal – 155cm)
- Chest must be 86 cm with expansion. (tribal – 75 cm)
