Contenders should have finished Senior Secondary or its equivalent examination from an approved Board. Aspirants must have completed Higher Level or “O” certification course conducted by DOEACC under the control of Electronics Department, Government of India. (or) Computer concept certification course by NIELIT, New Delhi. (or)
Candidates should have gained certification in Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) or Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) under National or state council or Vocational Training Scheme. (or)
Applicants must have completed Degree/ Diploma/ Certification Course in Computer Science I Computer Application or You should have finished Senior Secondary Certificate with the Computer Science or Computer Application as one of the Subjects. Else, Competitors must have done Computer Science & Engineering or Rajasthan State Certification Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) from a recognized institute or University.
Admit Card Important
- Candidates should bring the printout of them admit card in the examination hall.
- Candidates should download their admit card before the date of exam.
- Candidate are advised to validate all the details mentioned on their Admit Card.
- Date, Time and Venue of the Exam will be given on the Admit Card.
- Candidate should bring their Valid ID proof at the time of Exam.

Selection Process
Written Test: The candidates who had filled the application form for the post of RSMSSB are invited for the written test of the RSMSSB Stenographer Exam. After that qualified candidates will be selected for the next round of competition.
Personal Interview: The candidates who got selected in the written test are called for the personal interview of the RSMSSB Supervisor Exam. The final appointment will be made on the basis of the personal interview and documentation.

Exam Pattern for RSMSSB Stenographer 2018

- Written Exam will be multiple choice/objective type.
- The paper will be of secondary standard.
- The time duration of test will be 03:00 hours.
- The candidates who fails to obtain a minimum of 40% marks shall not be eligible for appointment. Minimum Passing marks are 80.
- There shall be a negative marking for each wrong answer. 1/3 shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
RSMSSB Stenographer 2018 Instruction for Written Examination Hall
The test will be of objective type with multiple-choice questions with only one answer being correct among the four alternatives suggested. A separate O M R (Optical mark Reader) answer sheet with the carbon impression paper will be provided to the candidates. The candidate has to indicate his response to each question by darkening the appropriate bubble with a Black Ball Point pen. No corrections with white fluid will be permitted.
The candidate has to bring a good quality Black Ball Point pen to the examination hall. The candidate has to handover the original OMR Sheet to the invigilators in the examination centre and is however permitted to take away the duplicate OMR Sheet (the carbon impression paper) along with question paper after the examination.
If any candidate in violation of the above instructions takes away the original OMR Sheet, his candidature to the recruitment will be rejected besides invocation of penal provisions including debarment of the candidature for all future recruitments to be conducted by the RSMSSB.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for RSMSSB Stenographer 2018
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be notified after declaration of result. On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested, viz.: i) Copy of downloaded Registration Slip of on-line application form. ii) Copy of downloaded Admit Card. iii) Certificate showing the Date of Birth. iv) Caste certificate if applied under SC/ST/OBC category issued by the competent authority. v) Disability Certificate, if applied under PWD category. vi) ‘No Objection Certificate’ if in regular employment. vii) Experience certificate, if any.
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
