Intenders should have passed SSC and must gain a Certification from ITI in Fitter or Mechanical Trade issued by State Government Competent Authority.
For Supervisor (Marketing) Posts:
Candidates should have completed Graduation and must possess P.G. Diploma in Marketing from an approved institute or recognized University.

Selection Process
The Selection Of Candidates For Appointment To The Posts Will Be Made By Examination (Objective Type) By Online / Omr Based. The Final Selection Of These Posts Will Be Based On Marks Secured In The Examination Either Online Or Omr Based.
Note: Those candidates who qualify in the Examination in order of merit will be called for verification of Certificates, Community and Category wise for the vacancies available as required. The minimum qualifying marks for Selection are OCs 40%, BCs 35% SCs, STs and PH 30%. The minimum qualifying marks are relax able in the case of SC/ST/BC/PH at the discretion of the Commission.

The Written Exam is conducted for 350 Marks.
The Duration of each subject is 3 Hours.
Viva-Voce is conducted for 50 Marks for candidates who have qualified in the Written Exam
PREFERENCE OF POSTS THROUGH WEB OPTION:
Candidates shall exercise their preference for posts (web options) in respect of posts/zones/districts when they are called upon to do so. It is mandatory to exercise Post preference/zones/districts by way of web options. Candidates are advised to give more options instead of discarding any. Selection of candidates will be based on the preference of posts/zones/districts for which options are given by the candidates. Candidates will be selected only for the posts for which preference (web option) was given.
